Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by our team, so contact us as on a possible if you want to do so. If the item has already been despatched ( A fulfillment confirmation email will be sent to you) then our return policy does apply.

If for any reason your item is not suitable, we are happy for you to return it to us. A refund or exchange can be given provided that all goods are returned in a resalable condition.
Please simply send your items for return or exchange back to us via Australia Post Parcel, to the following address with an instruction note to proceed including the service you need and your order number:

Your service request will be processed automatically once we receive your parcel, NO further notification needs to be made with us.
Please note that the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to quality issues.
